近年来,新型、复杂、巨型结构不断涌现,给设计和施工带来了巨大挑战,而现有试验设备的加载能力和加载空间均无法满足抗震试验的加载要求,尺寸效应问题突出。为此,从大吨位基座超高精度安装及控制技术、试件脆断安全保护技术、移动横梁大行程自动调整与锁紧技术、微摩擦平面静压轴承技术、超冗余并联驱动控制技术和瞬时大流量技术等6方面进行攻关,研制出万吨级多功能试验系统,可实现巨型柱、巨型剪力墙等大型结构构件的六自由度加载和大型隔震支座的高速动态测试。基于研发设备,已顺利开展足尺加压成型钢管混凝土叠合柱轴压试验、钢管混凝土巨柱轴压及压剪试验、CAP1400三维隔震系统原型三向滞回加载等10余项大型试验,研究成果可为建筑、桥梁、核电能源等多个领域的关键技术提供数据支撑。  相似文献

Groundwater replenishment by infiltration of road runoff is expected to be a promising option for ensuring a sustainable urban water cycle. In this study, we performed a soil infiltration column test using artificial road runoff equivalent to approximately 11-12 years of rainfall to evaluate the removal of pollutants by using various chemical analyses and bioassay tests. These results indicated that soil infiltration treatment works effectively to remove most of the pollutants such as organic matter (chemical oxygen demand (CODMn) and dissolved organic carbon (DOC)), P species, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), numerous heavy metals and oestrogenic activities. Bioassay tests, including algal growth inhibition test, Microtox and mutagen formation potential (MFP) test, also revealed effective removal of toxicities by the soils. However, limited amounts of NO3, Mn, Ni, alkaline earth metals, perfluorooctane sulphonate (PFOS) and perfluorooctane sulphonamide (FOSA) were removed by the soils and they possibly reach the groundwater and cause contamination.  相似文献

为解决2D仿真机器鱼比赛中多鱼对抗项目的任务分工、整体合作及实时动态调整问题,提出基于多机器鱼协作任务规划原理的协作策略。根据机器鱼自身完成任务的能力和效率,将给定的任务分解和分配,按照各比赛项目的特征分别采取不同的协作策略:对2vs2采用群协作分配方式,5vs5项目采用集中分配方式,并设计了三鱼协作队形以提高动作的有效性。仿真结果表明:该协作任务规划方法可增强多鱼的协作能力、动态调整能力和进球率,较好地满足了多机器鱼系统的控制要求。  相似文献

This study aimed to investigate nine heavy metal concentrations (As, Cd, Cr, Pb, Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn and Ni) in water, sediment and snakehead fish (Channa striata) and to identify abnormal chromosomes in C. striata from a reservoir near an industrial factory and a reference area. Heavy metal concentrations were measured by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). The metal concentrations in the water, sediment and C. striata samples did not exceed the standard limit of Thailand, except for Cr concentrations, which exceeded water quality standards. The concentrations of Cd, Fe, Mn and Ni in C. striata samples between the reservoir and the reference area were significantly different (p < 0.05). The diploid chromosome number of C. striata from both areas was (2n = 42). Eight types of abnormal chromosomes were identified and classified as a single-chromatid gap, a single-chromatid break, centric fragmentation, a centric gap (CG), fragmentation, deletion, single-chromatid decomposition and iso-arm fragmentation. The most frequent abnormal chromosome in the samples was CG. The percentages of abnormal chromosomes in the C. striata samples from the reservoir near the industrial factory and the reference area were significantly different (p < 0.05) at 8.44 and 1.20, respectively.  相似文献

为了改善现有仿生机器鱼外部结构存在的诸多问题,提出利用3D打印技术、线切割技术、数控加工技术制作仿生机器鱼头部和内部机械结构件的应用方法。通过CAD制作图纸,选用熔融沉积成型(fused deposition modeling,FDM)技术的三维打印成型设备进行外壳制作,并利用雕铣机与线切割技术进行配合件加工。在环氧树脂和树脂清漆涂覆、精打磨再上胶的处理后,配合橡胶鱼尾能完成整个仿生机器鱼的测试。应用结果表明:3D打印以及相关机械加工技术可缩减原型制作时间、加快测试与迭代速度,对仿生机器鱼的加工与应用有较高的实用价值。  相似文献

We study a new robust formulation for strategic location and capacity planning considering potential company acquisitions under uncertainty. Long-term logistics network planning is among the most difficult decisions for supply-chain managers. While costs, demands, etc. may be known or estimated well for the short-term, their future development is uncertain and difficult to predict.A new model formulation for the robust capacitated facility location problem is presented to cope with uncertainty in planning. Minimizing the expectation of the relative regrets across scenarios over multiple periods is the objective. It is achieved by dynamically assigning multi-level production allocations, locations and capacity adjustments for uncertain parameter development over time. Considering acquisitions for profit maximization and its supply-chain impact is new as well as the simultaneous decision of capacity adjustment and facility location over time. The solution of the novel robust formulation provides a single setup where good results can be achieved for any realized scenario. Hence, the solution may not be optimal for one particular scenario but may be good, i.e. the highest expected profit to gain, for any highly probable future realization. We show that robust mixed-integer linear programming model achieves superior results to the deterministic configurations in exhaustive computational tests. This dynamic robust formulation allows the supply-chain to favorably adapt to acquisitions and uncertain developments of revenue, demand and costs and hence reduces the potential negative impacts of uncertainty on supply-chain operations.  相似文献

Fish sarcoplasmic protein (SP) could be exploited in the water‐holding agent for fish protein gels, except that the gel strength is reduced. The adjustment of pH could modify protein interactions to overcome the inferior effect. Fish SP solutions were adjusted to pH 3 or 12, neutralised to pH 7 and lyophilised to be pH‐treated SPs. These SPs along with lyophilised untreated SP (Normal SP) were incorporated into fish myofibrillar protein (MP) with microbial transglutaminase (MTG). The denaturation temperature (Td) of MP mixed with normal SP was 66 °C with the lowest shear stress value. The denaturation of MP mixed with pH‐treated SP reduced to be 57 °C, resulting in increased shear stress. The cooking loss of MP gel was reduced by adding pH‐treated SPs, while the breaking forces were similar to control. The result indicated that pH‐treated SPs could be used to reduce cooking loss of MTG‐mediated MP gels without affecting the gelling properties.  相似文献
